Ordered a pet friendly taxi as my dog had an emergency and needed the vet ASAP The man driving was extremely rude saying why didn't I say I had a big dog , I was in a panic , scared my dog wasn't gonna make it and this man was arguing with me and being extremely rude I felt intimidated and scared by the driver and terrified for my dog , he was scared and didn't understand what was happening and extremely ill and didn't need this stress of a stranger being rude to him. Never going to order from these people again and I suggest others stay far clear aswell
